Egress Window Friction Hinge 300mm For Upvc Windows 18mm Track 13mm Stack

The Egress Easy Clean friction stay features similar initial opening to the Standard Side Hung friction stay. It can open to provide clear egress in excess of 500mm on a 600mm wide vent.

The easy to operate thumb catches allow the vent to slide to the Easy Clean position giving between 100 and 250mm clear opening. The Easy Clean setting is simple to engage with no 'drag and slide'. 

To reset back to Egress only mode, simply close the window, then re-open to go back to the egress position.

When fitted the Egress friction stays complies with the emergency exit egress requirements of Approved Document B of building regulations.
