Delivery Information
Unlike some of our competitors who do not disclose carriage charges until you have registered your Name and Address and are well into the ordering process. We believe in being open about these costs from the outset. We operate a one page quick checkout shopping system with no pre-registration required to purchase from us.
Just select the item you are looking at, select basket, then select delivery region and the total price will be displayed. If you wish to proceed then just select checkout. and complete the order details. Once completed the only emails we send will be in relation to your order and its progress through our system.
The delivery charges will vary depending on the total value of your basket. For multiple items you will only be charged once.
Orders received after 2pm Monday to Thursday are processed the following day, with orders received after 12pm Friday processed on the Monday.
All orders are normally sent Via Royal Mail 2/3 Day Tracked or Fedex Parcel Next Working Day Delivery for UK Mainland. With other regions up to 48 Hours.
And will in most cases require a signature.
Items that are oversize or long length can take 2-3 days as these are manually sorted.
Direct Delivery to Caravan Parks
We can offer a direct delivery to caravan parks, this is particularly useful when ordering larger items such as Beds & Mattresses. Before placing a direct park delivery please check with the caravan site operators to see if they will accept the delivery. If they will, obtain the persons name giving you authorization. Some caravan parks do not allow caravan owners to have direct deliveries and will refuse to sign for items. This could or will incur extra delivery costs if refused or a re-delivery is made. Also the drivers from our couriers will not deliver direct to a caravan plot as this is not a registered address unless you are located on a residential caravan park, and will deliver to reception only. Items over 1.8m in length are charged at £14.95 and are standard 48hr delivery.

Zone 3 Northern Ireland £4.95 - £19.95 2-4 Day
Zone 4 Southern Ireland £29.95 3-5 Day

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, or for example to a communal postal address or PO box.
European Delivery Road Service 4-10 Days
All European delivery rates are standard shipping charges. Delivery days vary by destination country. Customers are liable for any taxes and import duties applied by the customs office in your country. Once the parcel has arrived at the destination country, any charges will need to be paid before delivery can be made.
European delivery is based on standard parcels only up to 20kg in weight.
This does not include any long length, out of gauge, heavy or bulky items. These will need to be quoted on an individual basis on request.
